Dr. Jass completed graduate course work in Nutrition at Rutgers University and has been involved in clinical research work in nutrition for more than 20 years. He is a member of the National Lipid Association
, which includes specialists in cholesterol and heart disease prevention.
Dr. Jass is also a graduate of the AHA Lipid Disorders training program at Johns Hopkins Medical School
. He has lectured extensively for medical, professional, and health organizations on these subjects. The doctor's special interests are blood sugar and cholesterol problems, including weight control, deficiencies and imbalances (vitamin, mineral, protein, and lipid), food sensitivities, and traditional diets.
